One area we specialise in is helping companies identify how to make the internet and digital technologies work for them. We offer one-to-one consultations and also run group events. This is an important element of what we do and can transform the outcome of a project.

Whether it’s a website or a data driven business application, a strategy that clearly identifies how the objective will be achieved and the required components, is a vital part of what we do.

Visual and structural Design

Making it look right and work properly

This has to be the most important thing we do. Our visual design skills are significant and our underlying desire to follow logical, common sense directions, means we create stuff that works, both on a visual and technical level.   

Development and implementation

Appropriate, flexible, logical and impartial

We use a variety of technologies, the choice of which is usually based on what’s right for the job. For example, if a website requires a Content Management System (CMS) we’ll use whatever is appropriate for the job and budget, which can (and does) include building one from scratch.

We are NOT locked into one particular technology and therefore offer a unbiased and more practical approach.

Project Management

Simple, easy and open

We manage the process through our own WASPMEDIA Online Management System (we call it WaspSense), which means our clients are kept up-to-speed as things progress.

Prototypes and test applications are hosted in secure areas of our server so clients can feedback during development.

Training and Support

We make sure everyone's happy

There’s nothing worse than a great system that no one knows how to use, or having nobody to call when you get stuck. We make sure this doesn’t happen!

We train users on site and via webcasts, depending on locality and budgets, and we support our applications with managed built-in help systems. We also support via email and phone, and we'll respond so quick you'll be amazed.

As our projects tend to act as catalysts we will always be there for our clients as their needs evolve.

Talented and Experienced

Few companies offer the level of design experience that Waspmedia do. For almost 25 years our founders have been creating design solutions for some of the worlds biggest brands, including the likes of ICI, Boots, Toyota and many more.

This level of expertise and experience is another vital component in what we do.

(Oh, and I’d just like to point out that the technology we prefer to use for our creative endeavors is the pencil – HB/B and H4 for the detailed bits)
